Welcome to our mountain lake house overlooking the beautiful pines! 10 minutes walk to Scotts flat lake, and 15 minute drive to downtown Nevada City! Very private ozone hot tub non chlorine. Wrap around balcony for your yoga practice or just to enjoy the peace! Large open kitchen stocked with everything! Large living room, and your large upstairs bedroom! This our is stocked with organic soap and extra towels and bedding! And we keep plenty of crystals out to keep the good vibes strong!

The property is listed as having 2 bedrooms and we reached out before renting and asked if there were two. While it seems that there may be a 2nd room upstairs it was locked and so we had no access. There is no tv in the living room. The listing encourages you to watch DVD's but unless you bring your own you'll be limited to 5 movies, although I did enjoy watching Wishmaster from the early 90's The downstairs ceiling fan did not work. The owner gave instructions to "pull the chord" but that chord didn't exist and when I stood on a chair to try to find it I saw that the wires were exposed at the ceiling. She said shoe would contact maintenance for the ceiling fan but we never saw them. The "gym' in the listing consists of 2 5 pound dumbbells and a hula hoop. Overall the place isn't bad, it just doesn't match the listing.
