Very clean an updated
Stayed here for overnight while passing through on business. This place is very clean and up dated. Breakfast is included Everything is nearby. Downtown New Bern, restaurants, shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

The only issue I had was the limited cable channels which did not include either ABC or CBS. Bad timing this week as both the Men’s and Women’s NCAA tournaments were on those networks which precluded us watching the games on the television in our room.

Room was good. We had some miscues that the maids should have caught. Conditioner in shower was empty, a few light bulbs in the room were out. The breakfast they offered was not what we expect from a hotel that offers "breakfast". Otherwise it was good.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and my room was neat and clean. Walking into the hotel itself it smelled very fresh and clean. Which is something that always catches my attention. The smell of a hotel.

Breakfast choices lacked hot choices unless you fixed a waffle. No eggs, bacon or sausage, grits for example. Disappointing. Also, internet did not work at the property. Someone ‘up front’ said they were working on it when I checked in about 4 p.m. But 19 hrs. Later it was still not working. Had to go elsewhere to connect and work while my spouse was in a conference. Very irritating.

We stayed there for 3 nights and not once did house keeping come to see if we needed towels and to make the bed or just take our garbage out. Other then that the room was nice and clean and the location was near everything that you would need.

Only one issue we had and that was we couldn't get access to the chrome cast thing on the tv. We were out of conditioner and they quickly fixed that. Staff was very kind and welcoming, it was a VERY clean room and VERY reasonably priced. We look forward to staying here again in the future

We were in town to visit family and the location on this was terrific as we had some shopping to do as well. The breakfast was tasty although you could add some sausage or bacon to it. We were there when the Christmas decorations were still up and they were tastefully done. We would stay again when we come down.
