My best friend and I got to hotel around 7pm, waited 10 mins just for someone to come help check us in to only find out that our room wasn’t even ready! They tried to offer us a room with a door that had no key entry then proceed to take us to a room that someone had already been in that hadn’t been cleaned yet. We had asked for a full or partial refund and they refused cause management doesn’t like “doing refunds”

Place seemed to be a local hangout for meth heads. First floor room facing parking lot with everyone able to see in the room if the blinds are open. Stayed for about 10 minutes and found another place.

Checked in, went to room on the 3rd floor, opened the door and turned on lights, and then spotted the roaches. German cockroaches. I saw three just on the walls. Walked out of the room and immediately checked out. My friend was halfway down the hallway in another room, and she had several roaches in her room as well. Gross.

Property looks very nice in pictures but really it looks different in person. Small roaches in the room. Very smelly and hall ways very dirty. Rooms are not kept up at all. They need a big renovation asap for the amount we paid it’s not even worth it at all.

The property was dirty, the hall and room smelled like wet dogs, there was no hand soap in the rooms, I’m fine that there was no shampoo, I bring my own but there should at least be soap and hand towels. I also understand the hotels were up charging due to Formula 1 being in Austin but this property up charged too much for the quality of it.

Staff was great but the room had a really bad smell. I decided not to stay there because the terrible smell wouldn’t go away. They said it was because of the ozone machine but I just couldn’t stand the smell.

The hotel has actually gone downhill, we had stayed more than a handful of times and with our dogs but would not go back now. Seems people are using it for extended stay and we heard dogs barking all night

We didn’t realize that this was more of an extended stay hotel. We drove up, and at several places around the building people are outside smoking. It was just a quick overnight, and paid for so we did stay, but was a little scary. Front desk clerk was friendly. Bedding had stains, towels felt super dingy, and didn’t smell fresh, so didn’t even want to use them. We left before 7 am the next morning just to get out of there.

I tried numerous rooms and all nonsmoking rooms smelled of cigarettes. The kitchenette had no fork, spoon, plate pan or anything. The freezer was frozen shut, the refrigerator was letting our food spoil, and the coffee maker kept messing up. We checked out early, giving them a days notice, but got no refund because I had prepaid Expedia.
