Nice hotel.
Front desk staff was very friendly. We had plenty of towels and the room was clean. Our room was adjoining and while the door was locked we could hear very clearly in the next room. Overall I would stay here again but request not to be in adjoining room.

The only reason i gave it a 3 star is because the outside is old and run down. The entire resort needs an uplift. Some of the hotels are outdated. The beds and pillows are not confortable. The lofts need more sitting room. Another sofa would be good. The cool thing is if you stay at a reaort the water park pools are open till midnight. So you can go back inside the park at the pool area at night. At about 730pm the resort does smores and popcorn for free outside with a movie for the kids on a projector screen. Adult beverages and sodas are sold as well.

The front desk staff was helpful in accommodating us. They first put us in the older cabins which looked nothing like the photos of the room on Expedia. When we complained they switched us to a newer section of the property with more updated facilities.

Everything from checking in and from checking out was great . Very nice room. I can say this has been the place that I finally got some rest and enjoyed myself. Got some real good sleep, sleep that I lack from other resorts . The water park was in walking distance, literally a minutes walk from my room. Thank you for the great experience of staying at your resort.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The resort is beautiful, overlooking the ComalnRiver. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Definitely coming back next summer.

There is no pool at the lofts beware of this before booking. Pools are 5-7 minutes drive to other property near by. Overall the loft was very nice and was right over Comal.

The staff was nice and friendly. No complaints there. The property itself is not very appealing. The room felt like a prison room since the windows are frosted and you canā€™t see outside. The shower floor was old and dirty looking. It would have benefited from being replaced or a good scrub, not to mention the shower space itself is tiny. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the ladyā€™s next door conversation late at night and early morning. Itā€™s a Schlitterbahn resort, yet they donā€™t provide towels for the guests to take to the water park. We definitely did not get the resort feel from this place.

Good service but not clean units
The people at the front desk were great. However the unit we stayed in was not clean. There was hair in the restroom on the bathtub walls and looked like mice droppings in the corners. The bed sheets did not smell clean either.
