The location is 8 miles from New Castle and 20 miles to Glenwood Springs. The surrounding area offers endless opportunities to hike and bike, boat the Colorado, fish the rivers and creeks, play golf at many courses close by, though a daily walk around the ranch is often the cure for the busy guest who may need to work a bit while on vacation.
