we stayed here for four days to enjoy Hershey Park! The room was nice and clean. it was spcacious and nice. only thing would be the shower which wasn't really good. Shower temprature kept switching from hot to cold and there was no water pressure. Towels were too small. Also housekeeping stuff wasn't professional. Overall it was okay. Thank you for hosting us!

Roach Motel
From first stepping foot in the room it smelled. Then I seen a cockroach trap under the Tv stand. Bed was a rock. Floor wasn't swept at all. Bathroom dirty. Still hair in the shower. Roaches everywhere. I couldn’t sleep I was scared and busy standing watch killing roaches. I let my husband sleep because he was driving 12 hours. But after he had a good 5 and a half hours of sleep I woke him so we could leave.

Had to wait a bit for a staff person to present to check in. The room in general seemed clean. Some attention to the light switches, remote, and wall next to the toilet would be great as they were visibly dirty and I ended up wiping them down myself. Bring shampoo etc as none provided. Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was quiet.

There was smeared "blood" dried on the corner of the room near the ceiling, the room itself smelt like cat urine as soon as we opened the door after check-in, the light fixture in the shower had no cover (just the led bulb hanging out),

First time here, dispointed with the room, was non smoking however i sensed and my nose and eyes became irritated. I decide to skeep with the help of my CPAP that has a filter. Also is requires fumigation. The room requires renovation. The price was very economic. I guess I got what I pay for.

Property was dirty and pool was closed. But inside room was pretty well kept up. Blankets had burn holes. A/c worked very well. Check in easy. Grandson got ill after first night so we were basically in room most of the day no one came to make beds , clean or leave towels. When we were setting out in evening I called for fresh towels. When we returned no towels. They told me they knocked and no one answered? Why didn't they just drop off in room.rhen they said bring down your dirty towels and blanket and they would give me towels. So I should get a discount for doing maid service. .

No elevator and had to drag all of our luggage up stairs. Extremely tiny space to stay in and we were all bumping into each other in this tight cramped room.

The place was filthy, the shower head was hanging out the wall looking like it had given up on life, wouldn’t work properly, either freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between shower tray I’m guessing used to be white, now dirt engrained, wore my shoes to shower. No fridge, no iron, no microwave in the room, just a vending room that had the usual ice maker etc, with a single microwave that I guess was to service the whole complex, at a guess over 100 rooms! the bed was at least clean and comfortable…the only high light!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We travel with 2 dogs and this is one of only a few that accepts pets. The room was clean but did not have the usual pinesol-clean smell. What I didn't like was the room smelled a bit like cigarettes and there were butts outside our door on the sidewalk.
