FIX YOUR CHECK IN PROCEDURES FOR BILLING
My card was ran for the FULL hotel prices before I could check in. When I actually checked in, my debit card was ran AGAIN for full amounts of all 4 rooms I had!!! I traveled with my school Powerlifting team and my account was totally messed up after the hotel did that. I travel a lot and I have NEVER in all my years had this happen to me at a hotel. (I would only be charged ONE time.) The manager explained this only happens with that "Holiday Inn Express"... and I let her know I would never book with this hotel franchise again. (Especially with student athletes and a fixed school budget). They refused to take a pre-printed school check and I was forced to use my personal card.

Despite seeing some iffy reviews, the suite was really nice. Stayed for a total of 5 days and the staff was amazing. I called previously and April helped so much! The front desk ladies are awesome and everything looked super clean. The pool was clean, bathrooms were clean, etc. It’s right next to restaurants and a Walmart

Installation weekend
Book 2 rooms, one for our Pastor who was coming to preach & visit us as we was being installed as Pastors . The 2nd room for me & my girls to get dressed and my make up to get done. It was a great quick visit since we got 2 nights but only spent 1 night to get some rest.

No blanket for the pull out sofa. Knife in the pull out couch. Curtains have rips in them. Floor not vacuumed. Bed clothing looks like they haven’t bn changed. This was the worst experience we’ve had for this chain of hotels. Do not recommend.

great checkin. room cleanliness was overall lower than other stays at Holiday Inn Express. the walls were dirty. there was mold around the fixtures in the shower. there was hair in the sheets. the AC was tolerable but never got cold enough to make the room cool. there was a man sleeping on the sofa in the dining area when we checked in. the breakfast was 2 star. juice was watered down and the eggs were not great. the dining room was very clean. we were in town for 3 nights and choose to stay at another hotel in the area.

Tournament Stay
We stayed for two nights and three days for a tournament. We asked about early check in but we’re told no we had to wait until 3:00pm but within 30 minutes there were multiple people checking in early. Room was clean but had issues with the tv losing signal frequently and had to turn it off and on. On day two we were given only two towels despite having a room for 4 people and they were tracking them because they told us they had a lot of people there for tournament. There was not adequate parking for us as we couldn’t find a spot to park one night. Other families who stayed at same hotel with us complained about smoke smells in non smoking rooms. One family had several issues with their card to enter the room and took multiple attempts to get a new card. One family said the floor was extremely soft near their toilet who stayed on the second floor. Customer service needs to improve.
