Easy check in actually checked in earlier than 4:00 p.m. no problem construction outside in the road which is not the hotel's fault. The bed was good but I think they could use some mattress topper as the bed was a little too firm. The place was clean room was good they have a bar downstairs in the lobby which is nice. Just a good experience other than the bed. Woke up Bones were aching back was hurting. Just a suggestion to get mattress toppers for the bed

Perfect place to stay that is close to Connecticut College, in walking distance to lots of breakfast places and coffee shops and walking distance from the train station! Very convenient! The staff was awesome, pleasant and professional. We had a perfect stay!

The room was clean and the area felt safe. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. It isn't fancy but has all the essentials. I would have appreciated a heads-up about the required $100 security deposit, though.

A great place to stay in New London, Connecticut
My stay at the New London Holiday Inn was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is walking distance to the train station and the restaurants on Bank Street.
