Staff was friendly except for one young girl at check-in. Very rude, no manners, didn’t look T you in the eyes. Ice machines did not work on our floor and went to another floor, still didn’t work. Location was great, breakfast option as well and pool .

I'm not sure if this property was recently remodeled but its in new condition. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious. There is a mini fridge under the sink which I thought was weird but at least it has one. There is also a coffee maker and closet in the room. Great location, 1 block to canal, the trolley, and Bourbon.

The room was clean and the location is great! Our room was in 16th floor and it takes 5 mins to get hot water. This is the only problem. The pool is very small and only 4 feet. Overall very good!
