My partner picked this hotel, and he did well. I am particular. I will say the first night we arrived, the young lady had a BAD attitude. We arrived around 9pm, which was later than we anticipated as we drove in. The check in went easy. We did have to use a different card, which I gave to my partner and stepped away because her eye rolls and demeanor was uneasy. The next days which we stayed for 7 were well. We didn't need much so not much. Breakfast is not free go around the corner WALK and visit lux Cafe super great. Or dinner at the indian place by subway! anywho valet is $43-49 depending on the night and size of vehicle.we really wished we didn't have the car because we walked everyday other than when it was 25° and slight rain. So we paid $300 to park the car. Most of the time valet staff was inconsistent that wasn't a problem getting the car in a timely manner it actually saved us money in not having to dish out an addition$10 tip regularly Amber was the valet we spoke to often even when walking we would say good morning she would give restaurants or place suggestions. My partner played pool while waiting for the car,there are a good variety of board games and card games available. Overall easy walk to main events,good food and drink options near,restful nights sleep.

Comfortable and Spacious

I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was larger than I thought it would be, and the bed was very comfortable. The room itself had everything I needed except a microwave, but there was one in the lobby. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I needed a late check out and they gave it to me free of charge. It is also a very quiet hotel right outside the French Quarter, so it's perfectly placed.

Great Staff, Poor Room

I’d like to be clear and say that all the staff at the hotel were fantastic and my poor experience is no reflection upon them. They were all super friendly and incredibly helpful. My issue laid with the room itself. I wasn’t able to adjust the room temperature despite several attempts and it was constantly cold. Also, the door separating the shower/toilet became stuck when I was showering and I had no means to call for help. I had to physically break my way out of the bathroom and suffered some injuries in the process - thankfully the staff were able to come fix the door soon after. Plus, the extractor fan for the bathroom was constantly on and was loud. There was no way to turn it off and interfered with my sleep.

1st New Orleans trip

The room was on the 17th floor with great city view, i had paid for a corner room which was a little bigger but i was happy with my room, it was walkable to everything, i will definitely stay here again

It’s a great walking distance to the quarter. When checking in, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming, and we booked a city view but that wasn’t accommodated. Our toilet was leaking, every time we used the sink the faucet tilted to the side, there was trash under the bed sheets, and the fridge in the room wasn’t working. Was kind of disappointed with our experience because we read the great reviews of this hotel.
