False Emergency evacuation 3 am! Loved everything about the property but this was the worst experience ever being waken up at 3am to alarms telling everyone to evacuate and then 10 min later say it's actually false. With everything going on in the world this was a huge fail would not book again.

I booked 3 rooms for 11 people bachelorette weekend & everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and they were able to accommodate us all on the same floor which made going to eachothers rooms very easy. They even sent champagne, orange juice and glasses to the brides room which was such a nice gesture. My only negative thing to say is the plumbing was extremely loud, I would wake up the second someone flushed the toilet or turned on the sink.

The staff at the front desk and valet were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of many places. The process of checking in/out was quick and efficient. The room was clean and adequate for my one night stay. The only reasons the review didnā€™t receive all stars was because of the elevator situation. It appeared a few were out of service and getting one down took awhile.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet which came as a surprise since it seemed to be very popular. The pool was amazing and the room was very spacious. The only downside is there are no microwaves in the rooms. Imagine coming in from a looong day out and wanting leftovers and have to go to the lobby to warm it.
