Very very nice property like shockingly great for the price. Close enough to the french quarter for convenience but far enough to avoid any noises that might keep you up. Did get woken up by a garbage truck though at 4am on a saturday so wouldnt recommend a room with a window facing the water but overall it was great

Decent stay and location, but the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night the first night, and once the second night. Obviously woke us all 3 times. No communication from the hotel as to whether it was a fire or false alarm. Front desk said “sorry” and that was it.

I was super excited to stay here, but when we arrived the corridors were dark and scary. One of the two rooms smelled musty and like mold. Some of this is expected in an older hotel, but this was more than that. Then, we agreed to pay a fee to check out early ( we stayed one night instead of 5) and they would not refund the remaining nights. Not a good experience.
