My room did not have soap or shampoo. I had to run down a room service attendant to get those. My room did not have any bottled water whatsoever. Apparently the hotel itself had run out of water. They messed up my departure by claiming that I had not paid for Valet. Which was $65 a night extra charge since apparently my truck was higher than usual. I had to sit there and argue with the valet attendant and had to show her the charge on my credit card in order to take my vehicle. All in all. For being Such a high rated hotel. I was disappointed and will likely never stay there again.

The staff was not very friendly when I asked for recommendations, and the shower water was scalding hot. I called the concierge in the morning to either fix it or switch my room, but I didn’t hear back until almost 5 pm. By that time, I hadn't been able to shower all day because the water was too hot. It was frustrating that it took so long to resolve. As for cleanliness, the second room was not up to standard. There was spilled coffee or something similar on the console table, and the corners under the glass were dirty. I wouldn’t return, though the location was convenient. Additionally, I had thought I booked the Caesers Hotel, but it turned out I was actually staying in the Harrahs building, associated with Caesars, which was a letdown. I should’ve paid more attention to the details when making my reservation.

I enjoyed my stay at Caesars. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. The Harrah’s hotel side of things desperately needs upgrading, though, as majority of the furniture in the rooms seem very old and marked up & stained. It was just disappointing to pay as much as I did for the rooms just for them to look so worn.

Once you walk for check in you find out there was an extra charge for wifi and fitness center things I will not use. Also the shampoo and body wash container in the shower were empty one of those things you don’t realize until you are wet in the shower. I called them to refill so my husband will be able to shower with the need items but the staff never showed up to fill or even to apologize. The elevator floors were dirty all the times when using them also the casino bathroom. To be a higher price hotel it let down the brand with poor service once you are a guest. The only nice person was our first contact when checking in.
