Great option to stay in if you want to be walking distance from everything in the French quarter. Thereā€™s a great coffee shop down the street from it as well with good lattes. Elaine was very helpful and friendly in the front desk. Sheā€™s made our stay very pleasant. Overall great looking property great staff including housekeeping. The only con in my opinion is that you can hear a little more than usual outside your rooms, or maybe it was the room we got but other than itā€™s a great place to stay in and I would recommend.

No channel worked on the tv. They all paused indefinitely after about 3 minutes. My cellular service worked better than their wifi. Also - they charge $30 if you want to check in before 4pm.

This was our 2nd time staying here in the last month and this place is superb! Excellent location!! Exceptional service by all of the staff!! For the location it was quiet and safe with an entire hotel parking lot that is locked at night across the street! (Available for an extra fee) This place is literally 2 blocks straight down from Jackson Square and a block from the French Market. We will definitely be back!

Once we got inside, we could see it was a nice hotel and room, the outside and street was sort of sketchy, so we weren't sure at first, but the staff was very friendly. Our room was just as it looks on the website, nice. The clerk even stayed on the phone with me until we located the parking and the door to enter the hotel, like I said it was not too appealing on that street. However, once we got out to walk around, we were so close to shops and restaurants including Cafe de Monde, my favorite!
