I recently stayed at Comfort Inn & Suite and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed the easy accessibility of the property. It was close to great areas, but away from the heavy traffic. The breakfast was okay, but the coffee was lukewarm. That's not much to complain about.

Rooms were clean, and the staff were professional. There was ample parking. It is 15 15-minute drive to New Orleans DT. The free WiFi was quite slow and not usable.

Literally had long black hair all over the shower. In addition to that there was a yellow ring around the toilet. It was VERY obvious that they don’t clean the room. Not an oversight, they try to make it look clean. Breakfast was good though.

Very clean room and friendly staff. A rich and varied breakfast. This hotel is well managed. Free parking and the location is very convenient. Close to the biggest shopping center- the lakeside shopping center. The tower looks magnificent.

Very old carpet—-needs updating and dusty ledges that is very visible . Stairwells are inaccessible when the very slow elevators doesn’t come in handy when the line is long . Should be upfront with information that the same building half of which is being used as an assisted living facility . Pool not accessible to guest. Only residents .
