Dirty bedding. We ended up changing the room as the sheets were so dirty. The smell of bleach was intolerable. Felt very unsafe in there with lots of dodgy people around. We saw people with joints and weed in the elevator.

The bathrooms were not clean, didn't have soap or shampoo, neither enough towels. The first room we received, the bathroom was floating, the second room they gave us, the toilet didn't work,and then,the last room, was okay.

The customer service people were nice but when we arrived they said they didn’t have a room available for us even though we had reserved a room with a king bed in advance. We had just come in from a long day of driving just to get set in a room that seemed to be abandoned. There was one working light fixture above the sink. The lamps didn’t work and only one outlet was working. The bathroom had no light or door handle, just a hole where the handle is supposed to be. The bathtub floor was peeling and the sink wouldn’t drain. Amongst all other small things, the AC unit was hanging out of the wall and there was a hole to the outside so it was a very cold night.

Rooms had mold, broken furniture. No hot water, toilet wouldn't flush and tub wouldn't drain. Maintenance personnel was too concerned with watching football and not attending to the issues. Me and my family booked 4 rooms for the weekend and it was a terrible experience. I will not be staying at this property ever again and will not recommend it to anyone.

I would definitely not recommend ! Thee bathroom was dirty, the pictures/mirrors falling off the wall, smell was bad,Tv went out, the had to call maintenance which took time then the staff was trying to find another tv from another room, the door was raggedy

needs deep cleaning and some maintenance work done. We had to unplug desk lamp to turn off. Curtain was torn down, elevator doesn't sound safe, needs deep cleaning and refurb on rooms. Staff was great!!! Breakfast was good.

Stayed here for Taylor swift concert - one of the only options availble. Outside was concerning - no curb appeal. Front desk area looked okay until we got to the elevator - which was filthy. Sticky floors, peices of the floor missing, and elevator was super noisy. Room has dirty and stained comforters and sheets, rust on floor and bathroom, blood stains on tile, rotting wood around mirror. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed so we slept on our own blankets. Wore shoes the entire time. Bathroom door locked by itself - I got locked in there and had to call my friends in another room to get me. Shower water was grey when we first turned it on. Room smelled of mold. After 8 hours of being there - the clothes in our suitcase literally felt WET! It was so horrible. Area is not safe, all our Ubers to/fro told us to get a different hotel if possible simply due to the location. One night - someone was blasting rock music until 4am. (As if we could get any comfortable sleep anyway).

The property is old and needs some repairing. Our toilet had stains in it. There was mold on the shower curtain. The room itself smelled moldy. The staff were very friendly to interact with, and I have no complaints about that. However, I opened my towel and there were stains in it as though it was still dirty.
