Dirty bedding. We ended up changing the room as the sheets were so dirty. The smell of bleach was intolerable. Felt very unsafe in there with lots of dodgy people around. We saw people with joints and weed in the elevator.

Upon arriving, desk agent was dressed in a spandex top, folding towels intended for guest rooms with her sweaty arms. Lobby was patrolled by a woman with a sidearm and badge reading "Fugitive Recapture Agent". What a way to help me feel safe (NOT).

We stayed one night. The first room had a very overwhelming cleaning solution smell. This lady tried coming into our room after my husband complained about how bad the smell was and that we couldnā€™t breathe. She was rude and tried moving our personal things from where we had them sitting in the bed. We had to ask her to not touch our stuff. We changed rooms. It had rotting /moldy furniture from fridge. The new room was dirty. There was peeling paint in the shower. There was all kind of hair in the shower: on the walls and around the edges. There was a nasty stain/mess under the sink on the cabinet. The doors would catch on the floor. Half the outlets didnā€™t work. The outlets kept pushing out the plugs. Stuff wasnā€™t plugged in in the room. There wasnā€™t enough towels for two people. They had one set in the room. The next morning, they didnā€™t make enough breakfast food for the FULLY booked rooms. People complained about not having food and they finally made more. The elevator and hallways were dirty. This place overall was disgusting. We will not be staying again.

Rooms smelled terribly of mildew. Everything in the room felt wet to the touch. Everything was rusted and old. Room was very small and sink was not in the bathroom. Beds were incredibly hard and blankets were very thin and worn.

My friend girl and I went on a girl trip to N.O for the weekend. A much needed vacation. The receiptist Rashad Jackson was the best. His customer service skills was supra...Grade A. He knows the city and gave us excellent and accurate information, direction and scoops of everything we needed. He even went out his way to look the local bus route up on his phone. This gentleman was outstanding. Thank you

Of course itā€™s not the most luxurious hotel but it was very budget friendly. What matters most is that it was clean and the staff was amazing. Very prompt to anything I needed. Gave me good places to eat, party, and see. They also have security monitoring the free onsite parking at night.

When we checked in we were given a room, went to that room and it was someone elseā€™s room. There was someone asleep in the room. Went back to the desk and she just reprogrammed our key to a different room with no apology or explanation. The room was fine the room was pretty clean but the whole building smelled like weed. We left and didnā€™t stay in that hotel and drove 1.5 hours home at midnight instead. I have tried to reach out for a refund and havenā€™t gotten any response. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!
