I will never stay here again.
When I first checked in I received attitude for not having my card to unlock the main door. Granted I hadnā€™t checked in yet. The customer service was poor to begin with. I tried to use my iron in my room and it would smoke out of the plastic so badly that I almost set the smoke alarm off. I tried to exchange and was told we donā€™t have anymore in the back and received attitude when I tried to exchange it. There were roaches in my room. The AC barely worked in my room and my room would not get cool. I will never choose this hotel for a future stay again.
