The exterior was dirty with trash. Staff were unkept. Hair and hygiene. Small children under 5 were running back and forth from hot tub to swimming pool, so adults were unable to use it. Lights around the pool flickered.

The Drury Inn was so perfect for our stay. Having 2 meals a day included saved so much time and money, and the food was really good! The people who work there are so friendly and really made the stay special! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

This place was great they provided breakfast, some light dinner options, and even 3 free drinks a night which was not expected at all and super awesome! Parking is in a garage $30 a night which isn’t bad considering you are downtown New Orleans so the cars do feel safe.

I have stayed at many Drury hotels, I always love the fact that they have a great breakfast and light dinner/drinks in the evening. All included in the cost. The staff were all so friendly from front desk, management to care staff. They helped us book tours and were very efficient. They do have a pool and a hot tub, unfortunately depending on the time, it gets quite full and you won't be able to enjoy the amenities. We tried to go to the hot tub 3 different evenings and it was packed beyond belief. The staff told us it was because of a huge family reunion. Which leads me to the market/pantry, which was out of drinks/snacks, we were told for the same reason. They also told us it would be 2 days before someone restocked, I think that is too long. Other than that the rooms were clean and overall the value was great! I look forward to future stays at other Drury Inn properties, they don't dissapoint!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and nice. The rooms were big. Shower had great water pressure and stayed hot the entire shower. Had parking garage for $40. Rooftop pool was awesome! The area was under road construction so travel was difficult. The trolley stopped right outside the hotel! The room that we were in was noisy, maybe from the trolley. Light sleepers will have trouble if in an exterior room. They serve complimentary snacks and drinks, which were not very good, but free! Complementary breakfast was much better! Overall, we had a great stay. We would definitely stay there again!

This place! Oh folks! This is one of the best place in New Orleans. Comfy, clean, friendly, well located, the kick back at 5pm the best moment. Do not miss it on your next visit to nola!
