The a/c did not blow cold air at first at all in our rooms . After a few phone calls to a remote person who sounded like she was at a party, we relayed the information about the warm air, nothing happened. I called again the next morning after an uncomfortable night of hot sleeping. I was told the a/c would be looked at during the day. Before we left for the day, the maintenance man brought in a shop vac and vacuumed the coils, at least what I assumed he did. That did not work, the bedrooms were intolerably hot again that night. Not once did the thermostat go below 79 degrees. I am highly disappointed. This was my first time using Roami and I was looking forward to our stay. I doubt I will use Roami again. What makes the situation worse is that, there is no physical manager to speak to, only a woman who is clearly distant and remote. She has no authority to help or oversee a situation except through the phone. I requested a later checkout but was denied because apparently a new guest was checking in behind us. Why? Why would you place another guest in a suite that is has air conditioning issues? Shame on you Roami for chasing the almighty dollar instead of taking care of your guests.
