The property is good for a 3 day vacation, every room had a tv plus the one in the living room , but only one worked , there was a coffeemaker but not coffee, the beds and the pillows were super comfy , itā€™s really spacious, we had our own room with a king size bed and our fired a had a full size bed , thereā€™s one big bathroom , one big living room amd a kitchenette, walking distance, you are 10 minutes from the main action on bourbon st ,

This place was great. We didn't realize there would be a kitchenette area in the room, and pots and pans, plates, and utensils are included. We easily crossed the street into the French Quarter whenever we wanted, but the place itself is in a quiet and calm area. The lovely Louis Armstrong park is right next door. The best part of our stay was taking a nap and being awakened by a parade, which we got to watch from the balcony. That was a magical experience. Would definitely stay again.

A 24 hour gas station for late night snacks and drinks was pretty cool. The gas station is in walkable distance. It's right next to the hotel. The staff doesn't bother you. Call them if you need anything. Which me and my friends really loved.

Horrible staff

The staff is horrible with an attitude . They told me to go away when asked to do room cleaning . Property is surrounded by homeless people . Someone was getting arrested near their parking lot . They had their parking lot camera stolen and staff had no clue that I was unable to get in Parking lot because of that I never saw anyone in front desk to check in or check out The thermostat did not work and the night guy had no clue how to fix it The only good thing is that the rooms were clean and big spacious with working televisions Overall , Not worth the money

As there were no staff present upon arrival, It felt very unwelcoming. It didnā€™t feel like our business mattered. We were there 4 days and saw a staff person on two occasions. Once in a morning and another time when we had difficulty accessing the TV. The beds were comfortable however the living room had a couch and a broken chair. Although we had a coffee pot it was specifically for a hotel. There wasnā€™t anywhere to buy the packaging required to use this pot. When we asked for coffee, we were told it wasnā€™t provided. And there were no cups in the room. Really inadequate supplies. We had a frying pan but no stove. Overall, we were disappointed in the lack of service. It didnā€™t feel like this hotel was ready to have guests. The location was great. Easy access to transportation and or within walking distance to the French Quarters. I would think twice before staying here again.

There wasnā€™t an agent there to check in, keys and contract left at the front with a note. Only saw someone at the front desk once the entire trip. Was a struggle to get an extra wash towel as no one was around, we called but it was never sent up. Caught a lady from house keeping who was able to assist

Our stay at the French Quarter Suites Hotel was overall average for a first-time visit to New Orleans. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, providing a nice space to relax. However, the surrounding area was less appealing, with some parts looking a bit rundown. One important note: we didnā€™t have any physical interaction with the staff; everything was handled electronically. For those who prefer more traditional hospitality with in-person assistance, this might not be the ideal choice. All in all, it wasnā€™t an unsafe or unpleasant experience, but those considering a stay here should use their discretion.

This was our first time staying at this property. It is a convenient walk to pretty much everything in all directions. The office staff communicated clear check in and parking instructions. Parking was reasonable and instructions were also clear. The rooms were very nice! More than we expected! They went above and beyond for us during our stay.

Great location! Fully walkable to all New Orleans attractions. Rooms were comfortable and clean! Property seemed safe. Only some minor repairs needed on property (all exterior lights were out and the end of our rooms make it a little sketchy at night) but otherwise a nice property that we will be staying at again!

My husband booked this trip for my birthday months back. I was thinking these people is on top of their business because they were communication with me on the way into NOLA. We drove 6 hours to this hotel to fine out we didn't have a room. The room was out of order no air condition. The lady at the front desk tried to help find me something next door they were all full. She sweet a girl but recked of cannibas.So the person that was texting me was the property manager. She had know clue of what was going on in her own establisment. If she had known she wouldn't have given me that room and then wanted to give me some fans without any other compensation. They refunded us our money back but nothing for our inconvenience no food voucher or gift card nothing. The hotel is in a bad area, not walking distant to Canal St. nor Bourbon St. We called a hotel on Canal St. It was the Best Western St. Charles. Loved it.

Absolutely loved the area but the property left a lot to be desired. Two of the three TVs didn't work, there was broken furniture, and the fridge didn't work either. Tried mentioning to the staff and nothing was done about it.

Very nice property. It had a living room and two separate bedrooms, each with a tv. Refrigerator and coffeemaker were also provided. Bathroom was also spacious. Security was excellent as you need a PIN code to enter the property.

Great location on Rampart. Short walk to Bourbon etc. staff was awesome! Had a small issue with the bathroom that I mentioned to them that they should look into after I left. Within an hour, issue resolved. Hoping to see this property again on Expedia.
