This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in my life! First the smell when you 1st walk like sewer water then when your fighting through that and finally make it to the room it had mildew carpet the bathroom was sooo dirty and nasty the toilet seat was literally peeling and cracked.. Omg this hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt!!

Came in for a concert in New Orleans. Checked into the hotel on Friday, the 25th. The lobby was nice and clean. The front desk clerk was very personable. We were on the 2nd floor. As soon as we got off the elevator, you could feel the humidity. (Yes, I know that it is VERY humid in NO, I live in N.LA) The room was also very humid, so much so, that any metal in the room was rusting. The ceiling had stains on them and it was just generally dirty. But the a/c was cooling, so we decided to stay since we would be there less than 24 hours. Went to concert, returned to room around 1:30 a.m. Found roaches crawling around. I called the front desk and she was very nice and moved us to another room. We did a VERY thorough check of second room and found none. Would NOT stay again!

Older property that needs a remodel, but mostly needs better maintenance and housekeeping. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room wasnā€™t vacuumed well, we found nail clippings near the bed. The place really needs to be deep cleaned, and to have outdated bits removed. The tub didnā€™t drain well, there was standing water just seconds after the water was turned on. Our bed was great, sheets were clean, and the room was quiet. Overall the room was fine, didnā€™t smell strange, and didnā€™t feel damp. The hallways smelled ok, automatic air fresheners were mounted everywhere.

Unfortunately I didnā€™t have a good experience. We arrive earlier and I request some suggestions of place to go and find food. Even though I was with my daughter of 14 years old, the reception said that in the cassino there were good places to have lunch- I tough there were some restaurants outside or separated of Casino, but no! They donā€™t have it and I could not enter there of course. As I am new in the city it is hard when you have to walk to wrong places, feeling hungry, tired, etc. And another uncomfortable situation was the late check in, because the hotel was completely full and had many late check outs- those motivations impacted our plans! We had the concert of Taylor Swift and we didnā€™t have enough time to be ready to go. I am really sorry for all these things but the hotel doesnā€™t have a contingency plan for this kind of situation! For the next time is better to think about it. Mainly housekeepers, I saw just 2 people working hard. I donā€™t know if they have more. But for this particular occasion there must be more people working. And another suggestion is the kitchen could have some sandwiches or pizzas to sell! It would be great sale. Thank you!

The staff where ok but they place me in a room with no water working and the tolet did flush and then place me in a room where there was hair in the bathroom and in the sink and shower and did not provide no linen staff at the kenner garden state there no more towel and suggest that we use hand clothes to try off i would not recommend somebody staying here 1st and last time for the peice i paid

Rooms weren't ready when they were supposed to be, then once we finally got in our rooms a bed was broken in one of them. The phones didn't work in either room. It was an overall terrible experience.
