There was no hot water (tepid at best - cold shower) and the room air heating did not work. The heat setting only produced cold air meaning the room was cold all night. All staff are were wonderful and thoughtful. Other guests I spoke with experienced the same issues raised supra. In addition, the floor on the far side of the room was obviously not vacuumed - dirty. Not a good value for the price.

The location was about 22 minutes walking going to Canal Street or Bourbon Street, 2 minutes from WWII museum. it' a safe place to walk. The property is respectably clean and the night front desk (who i interacted with) I forgot her name, is super, super kind, and willing to help. The room space is small for party of five, but the bed, pillows is comfy, love the shower. The parking is far 10 mins walk, and gated, which i did not like so inconvenient to use my car at late night, because i have to walk 10 to 12 minutes back to a hotel. if you valet its $50, if it's self-park it's $25. Breakfast is not the best but grateful. overall, it's a good, safe, friendly, family place.

This is a reasonably priced hotel located within a mile of most attractions and districts in NOLA. The staff are excellent, welcoming and very helpful. Although Expedia listed laundry services on site, I was disappointed to find them not available at this property. I had to independently contact a launderer which created an expense I wasn’t anticipating. Breakfast is nominal and the same items are served daily. The breakfast serving area is smaller than a hotel room creating a claustrophobic feeling. But seating for breakfast is adequate.
