We put this hotel to be near the airport for a very early morning flight because it had a shuttle. With hurricane Francine still offshore and no wind at all, we received a call at midnight from the front desk to say that corporate had canceled the hotel using its shuttle to transport anyone to the airport due to the hurricane. The hurricane was nowhere near us yet. So in the middle of the night, I had to find an Uber. I would not book here again based on that.

Need to update bath/shower combo surround to tile. Need to change air conditioner filter regularly. The refrigerator in our room needed to be changed because it was rusted on the bottom. The entire property was well-maintained and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved that it is a pet-friendly hotel and no evidence of pets actually being there because of the cleanliness.

The best in Southern Hospitality!
We were in town visiting friends and wanted a hotel closer to the airport to catch an early morning flight. Wait staff was great and even arranged shuttle service for us to return our rental car the night before our flight and then provided shuttle the next morning to the airport. It was a great place to stay.

My stay was an awful experience. The staff were nice. The rooms were not clean. I was changed to 3 rooms and each room had a problem. The front desk clerk did all she could and I was thankful for her, but they refused to refund me my money. I left to find another clean and nice hotel. 1st room 223 was clean but the restroom was a mess, red juice was in the tub etc. I guess the cleaning lady forget to clean the bathroom. The front desk apologized. The 2nd room 228 smelled like mold, she stated this really is a good hotel and I thank you for your patience. The 3rd room 338 was nice until we showered. The water did not drain and we stood in dirty water as we showered. Awful!! Very bad experience!!
