I paid for breakfast for 2 and was not given a breakfast card at check in. I didn’t find out that I needed one until the next morning. The noise level was insane even at midnight. By the time service would have been called, it would stop briefly before starting again. Not good sleep at all. The fact that you have to pay $30 for parking is insane as well… literally anything they can get a dollar for, they will! I will not be staying here again.

I had to travel to New Orleans for a work project and it was during the Saints vs. Falcons. I was grateful to have received a room on such a short notice. I thought that I would have a small room, but was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was! In addition, I enjoyed a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant.

The water flow in the shower is very low, they fixed it, but it didn't change. They didn't offer a change of room. There is no staff to help guests with pieces of luggage. The security are lazy and didn't offer help. The concierge is not friendly. The lobby is so small, and the hotel lacks enough entertainment for guests. Bad experience.

The hotel had an amazing location. You could walk to anything you wanted. It was literally two or three blocks from the Superdome. They had their own garage. The staff were all amazing and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here

Balconies LOCKED! NOISY!!!! The a/c was so loud, we could barely sleep. Elevators are super slow & they only had 2 working during our trip. Tried to take the stairs and got stuck, because the doors to other floors don’t open. Refused to send security to open door. Great location! Clean!

Good hotel, I’d recommend it for a stay in New Orleans. The trolley line runs directly in front of the hotel making access to the French Quarter easy. It is also easy to connect to the trolley to the Garden District.

Will Stay There Again!
This is our third or fourth stay at that hotel. Great location and the staff is always nice! Need more staff at the bar! Often a line. The rooms are clean and the amenities are a nice touch.

This hotel was the perfect location for walking and sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and also gave us connecting rooms for my grand daughter to visit.

Overall, it was a great day very convenient to everything. We were there for a Saints football game and we’re able to walk to the Superdome and back to the hotel 10 minutes each way. The food was good in the restaurant. The drinks were good coffee the rooms were nice. The balconies were locked. We weren’t able to use those. We had to ask housekeeping to bring us towels the second day And other than housekeeping knocking on the door at 9 o’clock this morning asking us if we were leaving. Everything else was good.
