Hotel lobby clean, friendly staff. What made my stay dissatisfing was the lack of having housekeeping to come and clean every other day. I checked in Thurs to only have bed made, no clean towels left, and most trash cans still full and I was there til Sunday, 4 days! I had to continue asking front desk for more towels. Other tenants tossed dirty linen in hallways....disgusting. Thin walls so you can hear other tenants conversations/activities, so sleep/rest was difficult, and lots of homeless in the area. Front doors remain locked 24/7 and only way in is with a doorkey or using intercom. Oh, also, parking is valet only and is $50/night.

the place is safe and secure. forced to pay for valet parking but again atleast its safe. condition of room wasn't as well as i expected. faucet wasnt connected to the counter top only thing that stopped it from being pulled out was the water line connection. Most employees were professional and kind except for two, one at the front desk and one valet. it will cost around $7-10 to get a uber to cafe du monde or bourbon street.

We arrived at 2 I know the room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 4 so we went to eat came back at 4:30 room still wasn’t ready. Walked backed to the desk man said he just checked us in ugh no you didn’t. Gave someone else our room so we had to wait on that time they gave us another room got to that room went to shower since we had a meeting to go to at 6:00 come to find out they put us in a room that they knew the air was not working had to repack and go to another room. From all of that we only got our valet parking reimbursed. Said they couldn’t do anything else because we reserved our room from Expedia so I won’t do that anymore

Excellent location. Everything in the French Quarter was easy to get to. Some things were only one or two blocks away the very easy walk. Valet staff was welcoming when we first arrived, and all the other staff were very helpful, including the concierge I will return. ~

I’ve stayed in a lot of Homewood Suites hotel and this one by far was the worst one starting off with problems during check-in and the breakfast was horrible it was like having a third grader cooking Sausages and eggs were not cook with any care oatmeal was good

This was a very good home base for touring New Orleans. No need for a car, as the main bus and trolley lines came within two blocks of the hotel. The pool is small, but partly shaded. The concierge service was good, and had access and tips to all the big things to do. The breakfast was standard hot Hilton. The room was specious. I would pick one on the top floor facing the street if available. They also had free baggage hold on get away day if you have a later flight out. I highly recommend this hotel for your NOLA visit.
