The room was spacious and clean. The room was clearly not attended to properly. The master bed had sheets on it which did not fit. There was no sheets for the pull out couch. I the called the front desk for sheets and blankets but after waiting for hours took what I needed from a maids cart.There was no silverware in the kitchenette. Most of the dispensers in the shower were empty. The problem in this place is the management. There are only six cards for the laundry facility. So unless you pitch a fit don't expect to use it. The maids take up all the washers and dryers since they do their laundry in there as well. Eventually after a ton of stress and a call to corporate a team of maids came to set up the room/beds right. The cards to open the rooms door stopped working and one night it took 50 minutes to access our room. It's just nonsense. I lost about four hours of my vacation due to the understaffed front desk. The manager was supposedly never there or late...The weekend was a different story. Tons of help buzzing around. All I can say is they have some really excellent staff but the management needs work!

Theres a few renovations that need to be done like new carpet, sconces, and the bathroom needed a little TLC. All around not a bad stay. Noise wasn't a concern and the room temp took a while to figure out but it was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a clean accomodation and a plus to have a kitchenette with full size fridge. Location is great with easy access to the french quarter or the hop on hop off bus right behind the hotel, but far enough away to not have the noise. Breakfast was always changed up, which made it enjoyable every morning. Key cards for access everywhere was great, made my family feel secure.

This place was great. Free breakfast every morning was not great, but generally pretty good. It has a gym, not much but enough to stay active. A guest laundry, so you can leave with all your clothes clean again. A pool for when it gets too hot. A pool table downstairs for some in house activity. Shuttles that show up in front of the hotel. Entry to the hotel can only be gained by using your room card. It is 3 blocks walking distance from Bourbon St. The only thing I did not appreciate was the $48 per night for parking. That's just ridiculous. There is another parking garage across the street that only charges $23 per night. Parking in general around the French Quarter is ridiculously high priced. Still, I really recommend this hotel. Just Uber from the airport because you are so close to the French Quarter you don't need a car. Trust me, it'll save you alot of money and headaches in the end.

Great location! Walking distance to everything. Good value. Breakfast was decent but get there at least 30min before it ends especially on weekends. Staff were great, clean facilities. The only problem is that itā€™s dated, carpets could use replacing and if you have dust/pet allergies youā€™ll definitely have a sniffle the whole time. We stayed for a week and would stay here again. Weā€™ve stayed at other Homewood Suites that were more updated but we had a comfortable stay and felt taken care of.

Overall very satisfied. Great location and the room was spacious and clean. The hallway was grungy. The breakfast wasn't bad but if you weren't up and in line when breakfast started the options were scarce. Breakfast items are not refilled when emptied.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained, but is on the older side. The gym is clean and well maintained. Good variety and number of machines.

We stayed 3 nights. On the edge of French Quarter and within walking distance. The trolley stop on Canal St. is 2 long blocks walk. There is a stop by hotel also. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre.

Good stay, friendly staff, only thing is you cam see that they were doing maintenance in certain areas. But overall good.
