The rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. I did think it was a little strange that I reserved a room that could accommodate 4 guests, but they charged and additional $20 per guest after the first 2.

Streetcar and Go…
Great location for a quieter, yet still convenient visit to New Orleans. Step out the door and onto a streetcar. Rooms were large and the customer service was consistently stellar. Bed was comfortable if squeaky.

My wife and I traveled to Nola for her citizenship interview and ceremony. The atmosphere was very friendly and professional. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms are the best quality and design I have seen in a long time. I would recommend to anyone to stay there. We got the disabled room because my wife is wheelchair bound and the ease of using the facilities, elevators for her was commendable 10/10. They have good security no one can just use the elevator with out being a guest which I enjoyed and we had excellent treatment by the morning staff Johnathon who was at the front desk was so attentive and understanding. The morning Valley a young black man I forgot his name went above and beyond to help my wife and I he didn’t just take the car and disappear he made sure to ask to help and assisted with luggage. It’s those little things that made us feel special. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be back again in the future.

A Great Alternative to Home
I was there two weeks while my house was being renovated. I felt perfectly at home-friendly staff, great atmosphere, great location, perfect marginis at the bar😊. It was a good alternative to home.

This was a wonderful stay! The front desk attendant Jonathon was beyond helpful, accommodating, and ready to welcome you like family. The room was so beautiful and clean and had anything you could need. The street was full of restaurants and bars making it super easy to walk to food and drinks. Such a great stay!!

The hotel is under new management, we used to always stay here when it was an IHG hotel indigo but the Marriot did a fantastic job as well. The remodel actually feel more authentic to new Orleans but still upscale. Staff was friendly, location is great... we loce the garden district. Will definitely stay again.

Great location. Trolley right across the street, breakfast sandwich and selection was very good, not too busy, responsive staff, beautiful decor, etc. Theu did not have an extra toothbrush at the time so I dinged them one for service.

Hotel Tonnelle was our last stop during our NOLA trip from Dallas. We often stay at AirBnBs, but elected to end in a hotel so we could check our luggage. We were able to get a later check out confirmed by the front desk and utilize checking our luggage while we went to Magazine St and spent the last hours shopping before our flight. The late check out was confirmed by the front desk but somehow housekeeping kept knocking our door even while we had the DND on the knob. The first knock was at 9:30, again at 11:00 and then again at 11:50. Our checkout was at 12:00 PM. It would have been ideal if housekeeping honored the late checkout as we kept our side of the agreement by leaving at noon. The fixtures of the room were great! Love the decor, layout and overall feel to the room. We did notice there were no fridge and limited towel upon check-in. Look forward to reserving another stay with you all again.
