Father/son trip to the French Quarter. Great location right off Bourbon Street. Very quiet considering it is right near the action. Close enough to walk everywhere. And close to the Street cars to ride them as well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very modern hotel inside a very old building. I would definitely stay here again.

Rude employees make a huge fuss about smoking outside in the courtyard. I was worried scared to go out outside the front of the hotel at night by myself so close to Bourbon. I get people don’t like to be around 2nd hand smoke but when you pay good money to stay somewhere, you’d think they’d priotize guest safety over disrespectfully forcing a guest with a panic disorder outside on the street to smoke a cig/vape. Seems guest safety isn’t important at this hotel. BTW, the showers in the rooms have neither a shower curtain nor a sliding glass door to keep the water in the shower. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom bc it. Unacceptable.

We were greeted with a big friendly smile at check in. They offer complementary coffee and water bottles. It was a very clean hotel with a comfortable bed. That is important to me. Would 100 percent stay there again.

Worst ever
The front desk lady was rude and very very unprofessional from the time I said hello this was my 3rd visit to this site never have I had a issue it was so stressful it was after 3 am before we finally got into our room and the room on the first floor was horrible I have never ... got ate by ants were in the bed there was hair everywhere they had a needle in the carpet onside of the bed this was the worst experience ever at this property
