Booked through Expedia but it didn't transfer over into their system so the staff couldn't find our reservation during check in. Very clean property. Great location in the French quarter. We were able to walk everywhere. Fire alarm did go off in the middle of the night during our stay.

Hotel Mazarin was a great stay for my friend and I! We got the exact room we booked with 2 queen beds and the room was spacious. Bottled water always available in the lobby was very helpful for a hot summer trip to New Orleans. Staff was very friendly and was very prompt with any requests we had. Great place!

It was in the heart of French Quarter so loud atmosphere....terrible mildew smell but I can excuse that, it rains almost everyday, jus pack some room spray. The walk-in shiwer with unlimited hot water was awesome, and breafast buffet was really good

Staff was incredibly kind and it was a super easy check in. Unfortunately, the room had a stench of mold to it. I think it was coming from the bathroom where the fan didn't work. For the price in the French Quarter it was a good deal.
