Staff was extremely friendly. Housekeeping was great. Location is extremely convenient and quick to navigate to and around . Food options in Vacherie (hotel restaurant) was a bit higher than anticipated, but portions were generous and absolutely delicious. Bartenders were friendly as well and very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel St. Marie. The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jada (front desk), Keisha (front desk) and Lamont (Porter) customer service was top tier. My room was noisy because it was the service elevator but I’m sure that could have been resolved. However, I was too tired to express my concern. Overall, I had a great stay. I would recommend and will be returning in the fall. I’ll be sure to book a room with a balcony.

We were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff! The hotel was old and quaint. The hotel has a nice courtyard, pool and bar/restaurant with happy hour everyday. The room was nice and clean with a balcony overlooking the street. The location was close to all the bars and restaurants!

My stay at Hotel St. Marie was awesome! The atmosphere was Great! All of the staff and I mean ALL were very friendly and helpful - the front desk, the bellmen, the valet, the bar staff, and the cafe staff. Upon arrival, we switched to a room with a balcony and it went very smoothly. The pool was nice and well kept. All of the property was clean and well maintained. The only downside is I’m being extremely critical is there is only one elevator for five floors and it’s somewhat slow. However, we really didn’t have much of a wait for it. The food was fabulous. I had the fried green tomatoes and grilled shrimp with romalade sauce. My friend has the macaroni and cheese. May have been the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had and I’m 53 years old! I would definitely recommend starting at Hotel St. Marie. I know when I go back to NOLA that is exactly where I will stay!

This was a very nice hotel. Walkable to everything in French Quarter. The bar and restaurant in the hotel had really good food and drinks. The staff was really nice. The only downside to my family was the hotel was very close to Bourbon street and we had a balcony on street side. It was very noisy at night till about 3 am and then at 6 am you would hear garbage trucks and power washers going off. I would suggest getting a balcony with courtyard view for a quieter night sleep.

Location is excellent, beds and pillows great. Blackout shades wonderful. Its very quiet cute hotel despite being very close to Bourbon Street. Needs some TLC, wallpapper peeling, paint chipped. But everything else about it is great.
