The location was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness was good and the breakfast was great. Didn’t like it being located in a building where you couldn’t find it easily. Not only did I struggle but so did other people. No free parking really impacted our experience.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for the trip. Many restaurants are nearby, and a Starbucks is on the second floor! Many previous reviews complained about the parking. However, we purchased the parking ahead of time ($35/day for non-festival seasons), and there is a connection between the parking structure and the hotel. So it is still very convenient for us!

I loved the room! It was clean, quiet, and nice size! Breakfast was great! I didn’t love the fact that only one elevator was working. There were times you would have to wait 10 minutes or longer on an elevator. But I would recommend Hyatt House and would stay there again!!

Nothing to good or bad. The elevators are annoying. The service is ok but they seem detached from New Orleans, like they know very little about the culture. Very average. But everything was clean and breakfast is decent.

With the trouble we had getting to and from the parking garage, bouncing from elevator to elevator and then stairs to actually get to the parking garge I would have already rated this hotel pretty low for any parent traveling with small children and strollers. Not to mention the onsite parking is at a minimum 15$ for an hour all the way up to 35 dollars max once you exceed 12 hours. With fluctuations during superdome/smoothie king center events. So dang near everyday. I would recommend the hotel just charges guest 35$ daily at least then it is a flat rate, however thats not the case and only staying 3 nights 2 full days and leaving with a charge of parking over a 100 dollars is wild.
