Safe, excellent location and service.
The front desk staff was top notch, no matter what day or shift. New to the city, they all helped us navigate the trolleys, stores, and restaurants. They really took the stress off of us!

The hotel itself was a great option especially for someone who wants to visit the French quarter of New Orleans. It was a great walking distance to everything. The $250 fee does get reimbursed after your trip which was nice, the breakfast was very minimal so I would suggest another option than hotel breakfast. The hotel does offer paid parking for each night but I found it was a lot cheaper and easier to find parking elsewhere!

Disappointing
When we got to our room, the tv didn’t work. I attempted to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. I called the front desk from my cell phone, and got put on hold. Waited 5 minutes got disconnected. Tried to call 2 more times, same result. Meanwhile, my wife discovered the sink was slow and backed up. I finally got the front desk, and they sent a young man up that fixed the TV, tried to fix the phone, but i told him not to worry about the phone. He worked on the sink, and it was temporarily better, but at one point when we were out of the room, it backed up and filled the sink, leaving a disgusting scum which i had to clean out. Kudos to the young man from maintenance, he did the best he could. The breakfast was very poor, microwaved sausage patties and processed egg patties. We ate it one day and did not want to eat it again. The air conditioner was full on or nothing. With it set at 75f, it was uncomfortably cold in the morning, probably in the low 60s or upper 50s. The $29.05 per day “resort fee” gets you a $10 bar voucher and a discount when booking attractions, which was of no use to us $87.15 wasted. Over all the hotel needs work but it appears the management is trying to pinch pennies instead of providing quality to the customers.

Too small rooms, no daily maid service, parking across the street dangerous and not monitored, garage too small going up/down ramps one way only. No security in parking areas, smell like contraband in garage. Smell left a terrible odor in my new vehicle. Nothing good to say about this hotel and parking facilities. You enter and exit at your own risk.

Hotel was clean. Only issue was dumpsters being emptied at 5 am every morning, caused lots of noise. Ask for a room away from these. Overall, very pleased!
