Good choice for a stay.
Room was very clean, bed slept good, and breakfast was plentiful. The manager Belinda, greeted me and was very cheerful and welcoming to the property.

Unit HVAC was very loud, so the next day they moved me, but the new unit didnt have shower curtain no towels and garbage in the waste basket. So she moved me to first floor, but there was no bed spread, just a thin sheet over the bed. was kind of chilly all night. time to upgrade maybe?

I selected a hotel with 8.0 rating early in the morning. I arrived middle afternoon and observed a empty parking lot with a property with poor upkeep. All the windows had condensation trap and moisture. After lookingnat this, I decided to get a refund but hotels.com could not get a refund from this la quinta.

This hotel is a worn-out, decrepit disaster. Old, damp, broken fixtures, wet carpets, water damage on ceilings, leaking A/C window units, cracked doorjambs, uncorrected damage and wear and tear throughout the facility. Visible mold in the A/C unit of one of our two rooms. Both smelled dank and wet. Manager moved us to another room without blinking an eye. LaQuinta should be ashamed.

Terribly maintained property. Rooms had not been vacuumed, fluids on walls, terrible smelling hallways, cobwebs in rooms. Overall, Iā€™ve never felt more uncomfortable with my rooming situation. Arrived fairly late in the evening and stood at the front desk calling and calling out for employees. Finally, I decide iā€™m going to have to leave and find new lodging. As iā€™m walking out an employee is sitting in the corner of the hallway on her phone ignoring the phone ringing and my presence in the lobby. Upon checkout, I realized they charged my card for the room twice. The employee at the desk said sheā€™s unable to do anything about it, and that I should just deal with my credit card directlyā€¦ Absolutely avoid this property.
