Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entirety of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space including balcony overlooking Magazine street (along several parade routes during Mardi Gras!), rear balcony, living/dining room, Kitchen, and laundry. Note this home is a duplex and the entire bottom is occupied by other residents while the entire upper floor is the space being offered.

Airport Transportation: We have partnered with a local transportation company, Jazzy Limousine and Shuttle, to offer discounted transportation to/from the airport!
Parking: Street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed. When utilizing street parking, please ensure adherence to city and state laws.

• Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much discounted rate. Contact host for details.

Exterior cameras present to verify guest occupancy. No off street or reserved parking provided, however, the is ample street parking on nearby side streets and on Magazine Street (apart from special events such as Mardi Gras).
Street parking is not guaranteed and if you choose to utilize street parking please be considerate of city and state laws.

*Please note that per city permit laws, this home has an internal noise monitoring device. This is not a recording device, and it only monitors noise levels. Placement of this device was made mandatory by the city.
