Great property - convenient to the super dome and smoothie king center… walkable!!! Great accommodations, comfy beds- super friendly staff! The late night PB & J sandwiches is a neat touch. The decor in the hotel is magnificent. From the lobby to the rooms it is an architectural dream. Love the upside down portraits as well. Prime location, easy access to most tourist areas. Very friendly and courteous staff. I don't plan to stay anywhere else when I'm visiting!

Love it everything was beautiful and smelling great ! Only thing the toilet kept needing to be fixed , guessing the pipes are old , the building is one of the oldest in the city so worth it , the lounge the staff the art work we enjoyed

Not sure why guest that pay to stay at the hotel also have to pay for the hotels renovations. Also gratuity and taxes are added on to everything. It’s a bit much
