Loved this historic and beautiful hotel in the French Quarter! Staff was attentive, room was wonderful, enjoyed the balcony over the street. The pool and courtyard areas were gorgeous, wished I was staying longer to enjoy them! Used SpotHero for affordable parking within easy walking distance. Highly recommend, great place to stay. Special shout-out to Hunter at the Front Desk.

It has a nice friendly staff. The walking distance to get to certain areas was convenient. Plenty of venues around to go visit and eat at with just a short walk. No need to drive.

We called down to the front desk several times for towels and toilet paper with no result. We had to go up to the desk many times to actually get more towels. The bathroom in the room was not very clean. The maid service did not come into the room once during the staff to clean or restock items

Mixed review. Pros include location, pool, balcony and garage parking. Restaurant on site with good food options. Cons - our air conditioner didnt work the best. Elevator made a lot of noise and buttons did not light up appropriately. Rooms kind of small and bathroom small. However, room was clean. I wpyld stay here again

I liked everything except when we first got to the room, it was damp from the balcony door being left open. I tried calling the front desk but the phone was broken, so I walked down, got switched to another room which was nice and dry, tried to use THAT phone for something else… it was broken. Then I started to notice the old broken things and the horrible wiring everywhere, as well as the dirtiness. Just look for yourselves. I mean really look. Also, the restroom soap tray has a glob of soap scum which the housekeepers missed. Yuckarooni.

Everyone is super nice, the only thing I found weird my room didn’t have a safe. But other than that the staff is super friendly, the restaurant have really good drinks n their chicken wings are super good. Josh is amazing. I will definitely stay here again
