Check in service was good. Bed was comfortable. The hotel rooms are on outside so I felt unsafe. They advertise secure parking but it was not secured. They make you park in the lot across the street which is parking for anyone. The bathroom was so small and the walk in shower water barely came out for me to take a shower. Building is old and outdated.

I stayed here for duration of 4 days and during my stay there was several issues but were minor and I overlooked such as duct tape on the window to cover too much light coming in, unsanitary bed sheets and stuffiness of the room from not enough airflow coming in. What troubled me was the morning of June 30th someone attempted to enter our room a gentleman and a woman claiming this was their room and front desk gave them a key. My husband was thankfully there and told them to leave and this was our room they persisted to try to enter our room my husband and I were frightened that night and during our stay there. The morning of we reported the issue to the front desk and no one reached out we followed up and again and they stated management would call us. We asked for a new room they said no we asked for a refund they said no. I was pregnant and I just wanted to feel safe during my stay and they did not care and did not attempt to resolve the situation. This is by far the worse hotel Iā€™ve ever stayed at and Expedia did nothing to assist.
