Horrible manager! Very disrespectful, not helpful @ all nasty attitude, surprise they still have her working here to be honest. Nasty loud hotel, no hot water, roaches and crackheads all around very unsafe. Not for family will never be back again waste of time and money! ZERO STARS!!! :(

Horrible disrespectful staff said she was the manager zero helpful, no hot water for days, bugs @ the hotel, crackheads all around. Not family safe! I'm really surprised the manager is still working @ this hotel she had a really nasty attitude about everything.

We booked this hotel bc it is located near the family we were visiting. It gives an hourly-rate vibe. The furniture in the lobby was nice and they offered free coffee in the morning. The front desk staff was friendly. The hall and room smelled of cigarettes or weed. They supplied us with exactly 2 low-quality towels and washcloths daily. The toilet and the tub were in the small space with the vanity right outside. The vanity was the only thing that looked like it had been renovated. The ac was good. The thermostat was simple to operate. The beds were warm, and the matresses were comfortable. The beds had 3 flat pillows each. There was one desk-like table in the room with chipped and burn marks and one chair. We had a large flat-screen tv with a remote that worked intermittently. No luggage rack. There is no place to hang clothes. There is a mini fridge in the room that I used to place my open suitcase. There was a weird window alcove with a hole in the wall that had been recently spackled poorly and not painted. The carpet was gross, and there was no daily housekeeping with the exception of fresh towels. When we arrived, we had a tissue box on the vanity. We went out the next morning, and it was gone when we returned. I asked at the front desk, and I was told that it was removed due to "inventory issues." Never saw it again, and I was told they didn't have any. ***see the complete review on Google Maps***

After booking and paying for my reservation, they didnā€™t allow me to pay my 75$ deposit in cash after spending 350$ on a room online , My son was in an tragic accident and had to be transported to childrenā€™s hospital in New Orleans, I needed an room for the night and they did not care about what I needed , please try to avoid booking here if you are new to NO , I was able to find another hotel that didnā€™t require so much just for me to be here with my son as Iā€™m 5 hours away from home . If you run across this comment donā€™t skip it , those folks are very inconvenient and inconsiderate of your situation . They are trying to reject my review after telling the blunt truth !

Never again.
The lobby was nice but once you stepped on the elevator it was a disaster. The elevator and the hall to the room had a terrible smell. The room didnā€™t look anything like the pictures online, the furniture in the room was peeling and had burn marks. The water in the room never got hot. Also there were a lot of drug addicts in and around the hotel.
