Great location. In the middle of the French Quarter in between the shopping streets and close enough to Burbon if thatā€™s what you are into. The building is old but the property is really well maintained.

I found nothing "Royal" about the Omni Royal Orleans. Room was outdated and dark and the bathroom was worse. The bathroom sink was filled with sand and they alloted you two towels. Carpets in the public area were worn and the elevators were rickety. The staff, however, was pleasant and efficient.

I stay here often because of the warmth and friendliness of the staff from Valet, Bellmen, Front Desk and Rooftop staff are great. Food is way overpriced ... breakfast, lunch and dinner!

This hotel is gorgeous. The staff was so friendly from check in to the restaurant inside. The restaurant was delicious and very attentive. The lobby also had a man playing the piano which was so lovely. One of my favorite amenities was the pool. Itā€™s a rooftop pool with a great view of New Orleans and you can see the river.
