Right on french quater
This is right on french quater, walking distance from bourbon atreet. The queen bed a bit smaller then a huge one but it was comfy and could fit two people. The rooms is on all on the small size

On our first night, we had a bug in our room. It was white and in the bed. The rooms are not clean red hair was found everywhere. We asked for towels and for our trash to be changed, it took them two days to do that. Also, the elevator's were out. Imagine taking the elevator from the 9th floor to the 1st with a bad back. It was horrible I will never ever return.

One of the receptionist is just plain stupid and impolite. Calling her car insurance instead of talking to us for information, talking in a bad manner, and lying when it comes to reimbursement of my valet parking. Ruined the experience for us, and the other receptionists were nice to us. Please do something about it because I'm pretty sure there are a lot of people who'd love to get this job and who'd do better at it.

Parking was an issue. The website states “parking available”, but there’s no on-site parking. You have to valet your car, or attempt to find on-street parking (which was NEVER available). All 3 elevators were broken when we got there, and we had to climb the stairs to our room on the 7th floor. All of the ice machines were broken & you had to go to the 1st floor bar to get ice. When we were eating dinner at the “cafe,” it started raining pretty heavy & water started flooding in the bottom of one of the floor-to-ceiling windows & flooded half the cafe floor. There were no vending machines in the building & purchasing a soda and bag of chips from the front desk cost about 4 times the average price. I understand higher prices for convenience, but this verges on price gouging to me. Be prepared not to sleep until after 3am because of the extremely loud music & partying going on outside. I thought this hotel would be far enough off of Bourbon Street, but obviously I was wrong. Also, the room walls are paper thin. We were forced to listen to our neighbors conversation until 1 am because we didn’t have a TV remote to operate the TV & couldn’t sleep because of the outside noise. Be aware that there are a lot of homeless sleeping in the general area outside.

I actually loved that the rooms were small,felt more intimate,had a cool view. Loved that it was near everything!!!!! And if you don’t feel like going anymore to eat,the bar downstairs cheeseburger was very good. Definitely when I come back I will stay again

This hotel is centrally located and easy to get to major areas of interest, but far enough from the loud parts. The beds are super comfortable and the hotel is clean. For the most part. It is quiet. However, my neighbors on my last night were very loud. The hotel staff was prompt in taking care of it and I appreciated that. One thing that I would suggest is a little bit more lighting in the rooms. There was only one faint lamp in the bedroom and one in the sitting area. It was reasonably priced and overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Great location for walking to a concert at the Superdome, and then going down to Bourbon street for the night!

Parking needs improvement
Convenience for location but Parking rate is extremely high and not reasonable that they charge extra day at 2.00 PM even if you arrived during the morning. Why two days for less than 12 hours? 90USD is excessive.
