The thermostat did not work in our room so we had to turn the heat on and off all the time. There was no hot water one day until after noon. Elevators weren’t working one day and fire alarms went off throughout the day. Cleaning staff never vacuumed once during a week long stay and never brought the right amount of towels. This is an old hotel that needs a lot of updating.

Love this hotel! Been staying here at this specific location for over 2 years. My husband and I love this place! We feel safe and welcomed here! Would not recommend staying here! There were many surprises that we were not told about ahead of time even after I called before arrival to see if there was anything we needed to know! Staff were rude and unprofessional! Gave us keys that didn’t work to the room! Didn’t get any sleep due to someone fighting in the room down the hall and being very loud. I contacted the front desk and they did nothing about it!! Would not recommend
