The hotel was nice as always, but the elevator situation was too much. We had to wait a half hour for the elevator to take us to our floor. The old system of entering an elevator and pressing the button for your desired floor is much more practical and efficient.

Though i stayed around the time of bayou classic..everything was a wait. But the experience of staying in a deluxe room was great. The view was amazing the rooms were cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. Will visit again.

Very lively hotel with bar, music and Starbucks in lobby. Amazing view of the city with ceiling to floor windows in our room.
