The location is inside another hotel, which was odd. The rooms were large and outfitted OK. There were several issues with the room but most were remedied within the first few hours we were there. The location next to the metro was nice!

Overall a great stay! Pool was a bit small & there isn’t on-site parking. We were able to park in a lot directly across the street for $15/day, rather than $45 /day for valet parking.

Our stay with Sonder was excellent! We were at the one on Canal St. , perfect spot, there’s a RTA stop right in front of the building, the hotel is close to the French Quarter and New Orleans Business district. If you are driving, there is a public parking spot right across the street where you can pay around 12 dollars per day. When it comes to commodity, we rented the 2 bedroom 1 king 2 queen option, it was super comfortable everything, clean, in perfect conditions, we used the kitchen and it had all you could use to cook. I recommend downloading the Sonder app, the checking in was smooth because it had all the information in a clear way. We would stay here in this location again, and if traveling to another spot Sonder would definitely be considered. Great experience.

Clean place, nice stay
The place was very clean and spacious. The room only had one tv, the walls were plain, no decor and there were no full length mirrors. The pool, it was very small, i dont know how they can call it a pool, and it also was very dirty. I didnt get in. I would stay there again because overall it was nice and clean with alot of space and loves the kitchen.

We had a wonderful time for our short stay in New Orleans! Communication was great with the Sonder team. The space was clean and we felt safe while there. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again! The parking was not ideal but the short walk wasn't bad.

there were several issues with our room. when we arrived, we found the bathroom door stuck in the wall pocket because the bracket on the lock had been mangled. i contacted their support who promised to send someone to repair it. no one ever came. since they couldn’t even do that, i didn’t even bother trying to get them to fix the ac in our room. for the price, this was a complete rip off.

This was a great place to stay, easily walkable, about a 20 minute walk to bourbon street. The property inside had a mass amount of space, I booked two bedrooms and it was perfect. If you needed any room service, someone was up there within 20 mins.
