Check in starts at 3pm I should up after 7pm to find out that they no longer had the room that I pick and on top of that they try to charge my card "for no show" Why would you try to charge my card and give the room that I choice to someone else. I was giving another one and a discount but that was not what I wanted. One of my quest had to sleep on the couch it was not comfortable.

The included parking is a big plus and the main reason we chose this property. Unfortunately our room wasnā€™t as clean as we would expect, found some hairs in the tub, and you could see dust over things in areas with little use. It also smelled a bit like old stuff / mold. The property is unassuming and the lobby area is small. The pictures make it look bigger than what it actually is. The lobby area is shared with an event venue seems like.

Hotel was great. Clean, wonderful customer service, easy access to street cars, updated rooms. My ONLY issue was the homeless people coming at you outside every chance they could. I couldnt enjoy sitting outside without being hassled. That is not the fault of the hotel though, the one time I made them aware, they went outside and told the people to leave the property.

Wonderful location with the streetcar AND Hop on Hop Off bus stops right across the street. Free, safe parking on site was awesome. The front desk and housekeeping staff were super helpful throughout our stay.

Really cute hotel! Centrally located for us. We stayed only one night for a concert. All of the staff were great! Very nice, helpful, and friendly. Could have been a little more clean like the floors for instance, but beds were all clean and pillows were nice. There is only on elevator, we didnā€™t have much trouble with it. Just a little slow at times. Parking and hotel felt safe. They have codes on doors and parking. All locked at a certain time. All in all it was a good stay for us! Looks of food close, and the street car. Parking was free so a huge win for us in a place like New Orleans.
