We had horrible service. We payed extra for a city view room and our view was of building. When we brought it to the attention of the concierge they said there was nothing they could do about it. No ā€˜Iā€™m sorryā€™, nothing. After speaking to a manager we were supposed to get a credit, but instead we were charged more. Again, we were brushed off & told there was nothing they could do. Most of the staff was very rude. The only saving grace was Ryan, who greats you at the door. He was so friendly, helpful, & just an all around great guy. I canā€™t compliment him enough.

Beautiful property with friendly staff and conveniently located. We made the front desk aware of rattling from air condition both days we stayed. Also, we texted the valet for the car several times in advance and got down stairs and still had to wait 20 minutes each time. Friendly valets but the parking may be too far.

Very nice hotel. I would definitely say it has a nice younger vibe. Very chic and eclectic! Is walkable distance to Bourbon st, and most of the French Quarter. The bellmen, Ryan and his group were fantastic and very knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely be back.
