BULLER NOIRE OUTSTANDING

Buller Noire (French for Black House) is a very special holiday house in one of New Plymouth's most sort after tourist locations. Five minute stroll to the CBD and situated right by the Scenic Coastal Walkway.

Spread out over three levels of pure luxury, boasting loads of character and charm. The open plan living and dining area and fully equipped designer kitchen is at home on the upper level, perched grandly with sweeping ocean views. A large stacker door opens to a partially covered outdoor area where guests can enjoy a glass of merlot while enjoying expansive ocean views out to the sugar loaf islands and breath-taking sunsets.

The second level is home to a stunning master bedroom with a quality super king bed, bathroom and access to a courtyard. Soak in the claw bath after a busy day exploring. On this level there is also two more bedrooms one with another comfortable king bed and the other with a double bed. The upstairs lounge also has a large sofa bed suitable for an additional couple. Additional features include Sky TV, Unlimited WI-FI, Internal Access Garage, Laundry Area & Two Off Street Internal Access Garage.

Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Great getaway for girls weekend

Absolutely perfect experience…easy process to book, friendly and prompt communication, amazing property in a great location.
