Connecting you to the Scenic Coastal Walkway where you can cycle and walk past some of New Plymouth's best swimming beaches and into the CBD a thirty-minute scenic walk. Parklands shops area is a three-minute stroll away for your holiday shopping needs and a great coffee fix. Walking distance to Hickford Park for families to enjoy the velodrome, BMX park and sports ground. Only a six-minute drive from the Mega Valley Shopping Centre. Ngamotu Golf Course 5-minute drive away. Next to the Mangati walkway.

This stunning holiday home has unobstructed breath-taking waterfront views, which is the perfect place to spend your vacation. The spacious open plan lounge opens up to maximises the outdoor living where you can soak up the sea breeze and watch the romantic sunsets in the evening. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen for all your holiday cooking needs.

Two well-appointed comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed the other with a super king bed that can be split into two single beds on request. The bathroom has a shower and bath and there is also a separate toilet room. There is also a queen sofa bed in the lounge area to accommodate extra guests. Added bonuses are Unlimited Wifi, washing machine and clothes dryer and double garage with internal access. TV is available in the living room.

The view from this property is lovely. You look down on the sea and at sunset it is beautiful. We will come one day in summer so we can sit out on the balcony area. The property is very comfortable and, as we were there in the middle of winter, warm - underfloor heating in the bathroom - what a treat!
