After a long day of travel we arrived at 1 and asked if it would be possible to check in early. The desk clerk didn’t get a chance to respond as an older lady responded absolutely not! We had 57 checkouts the room won’t be ready until 3. I have never felt less welcome. The free wifi was out of order so that was falsely advertised. Also the room we had was by a back door which only slammed shut loudly every time it opened. When we checked in the clerk was snippy honestly it’s the worst Comfort in stay I’ve ever had. I’m grateful I’m moving to a different hotel tomorrow where I may be able to sleep.

Breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. It was nice to see toppings you can add to your waffle, too. Not so happy about the noise though. We stayed in a first floor room, not far from a back entrance, that some of the guests are ignoring to be careful closing or else it tends to slam shut. We would hear loud conversing coming from the hallway, or maybe the nearby fitness room, even between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

So many hotels are charging for breakfast now. Breakfast was included in our stay. It was a full meat, eggs, potatoes, cereal, muffins, waffles etc breakfast. Not some packages laying on the counter. Would stay again with my family.

Ding dong chime all night from elevator. I asked the staff for a good room, but they gave me the crappy room because I got the discount from Expedia. They commented on how the room was a lot more than I paid.
