Curtain kept sticking and would not open or close properly. The fridge was not cold, they had to bring an addition small fridge. The lighting was very dim, had trouble putting on my make-up. The location is close to 42nd St, lots of homelessness.

Incredible staff. It was my twin daughter’s 10th birthday and they treated them like queens. Room, amenities and stay was 10/10. Friendly staff I felt like I’ve been living in the hotel for weeks the way they greeted us everytime we came and went! Highly recommend! Will be staying at this and other Arlo hotels whenever given the chance! Thank you for everything!
