Clean/ new mostly friendly staff - the late night person was short tempered - locked myself out of the bathroom - he got agitated at My questions about getting it resolved - gave me a paper clip that I used to unlock the door. Parking was tight/nonsmoking area by someone was smoking week nearby-was not able to get another room.

The hotel itself was very clean and of the best offered I have seen in this area of Brooklyn. The bed & pillows were very comfortable- no small feat! The neighborhood is kind of weird and dirty. It isn't close to much of interest.
