Very bad and unpleasant place! Disappointed!! Mot recommended!!! First room we entered. Looks like worker didn’t completed the repairs so tools and materials were left on floor. Front desk didn’t know what she is doing. They switched the room but second room was unclean. Dirty both shower booth and floor. I guessed that front desk didn’t notify to the worker that we switched the room. Repair man opened our room door with the key and entered to fix the TV. CRAZY!!!! My husband got extremely mad and talked to front desk. They didn’t even know what happened. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Patel at Front Desk.
Thank you so much Mr. Patel at front desk. He did a wonderful job. At first, he can’t find my Itinerary Confirmation then I showed to him the email I got. I forwarded to him and printed out. There was a long line because he was the only one at front desk that night. We are very patience. Finally, we got the room and everything was fine. Thank you so much Mr. Patel. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 5 days,The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Smaller room for 2 double bed, but One of the highlights for us was the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the overall level of tidiness throughout the hotel. Your housekeeping team does a fantastic job at ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests.

The location is fantastic, the staff were very pleasant and offered great service. My only real complaint is that there were a few issues with cleanliness (what appeared to be a pubic hair in the sink and one of the hand towels had makeup on it). The gym is not very good. For the value, it's fairly decent.

What I liked was the staff's politeness and the hotel's cleanliness. The hotel is environmentally friendly, with recycling and less water usage. I wish the room had a refrigerator.

The location is perfect! We were able to see the Empire State Building from our room. Penn Station was a short walk and there are great food options nearby. The staff were so kind and always had a smile on their face. It was easy to get a cab or Lyft from this location as well. You can have them hold your bags on your last day if you want to explore a bit more before going home. We are already planning to come back. It was really that good.

Staff was amazingly nice. Problem I had is air conditioning in room was broke so when I was told it would be fixed following day I asked to switch rooms. Was told no other room available which I found out to be untrue following day from manager and air conditioning was never fixed following day like I was asked. After exploring New York City and actually spent some time in room found that bathroom sink was plugged. Was told maintenance was gone for day they’d come following day. No one ever can so ended up going to target and buying a plunger because by luck I’m actually a plumber and figured plunger would fix issue which it did. No one ever asked to refund the money I spent on plunger to fix there over priced small rooms. Spent almost $1,000 for the room and left after two days. When I say staff was very nice I should be more descriptive. The staff in the morning was very nice. The guy in the afternoon was also, just shouldn’t have told me people would come to the room if they never was going too. Would like a refund for days I left early because of issues but, we all know how that goes. If they refund me for days I left early because the room was literally 90 degrees thermostat showed then I’d be fine with it. Technically the right thing to do is a full refund but, I’m not even asking for that either. Would like the money back at least for days I wasn’t there. Also, almost forgot. Shower door was set improperly so every time u showered it soaked the floor because glassdoor

I was able to book a quick one night stay at this hotel when I could not get a flight back home and my previous hotel was sold out. The location was great, the hotel was spotless, my room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I will consider coming back for a longer stay in future.
