Lovely hotel good size room, reasonable location could walk to a lot of landmarks but also very near to subway. The only drawback to being where it is, is the street noise but that’s New York for you. Staff were very helpful and friendly and hotel was very clean. The fresh water daily and tea and coffee were also very welcome.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean and unlike many hotels in New York you get some coffee and Easter every day which is nice. We stayed at the deluxe room and it was very loud both nights. The staff tried to help but it was extremely hard to sleep there

Super convenient location and very friendly staff. Would definitely come back, no restaurant in hotel but do many close by didn’t feel it was an issue. Lovely big room and comfortable beds.

What a great location! Our room was so spacious and beautiful. We appreciated having restaurants and coffee right next door, and we loved how quiet our room was for sleeping. Staff were wonderful. We would most definitely stay here again.

Great location, spacious room with fantastic views
We were allocated room 1202 and the check-in receptionist mentioned that she was sure we’d be pleased. We were! The room has a great view of the Empire State Building - and it has it’s own terrace/balcony- so you can sit outside with a coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the view. Room was clean, bed is comfy, shower has good water pressure and the housekeeping staff are every bit as friendly & professional as the front desk.
