The bed linen, and bath towels, were dirty and on checking in the room had a smell, had to buy disinfectant spray and spray bed linens and a fabulosity, to clean room, transportation was convenient, food mart convenient also

Not a pleasant stay .
Room wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival , when requested new bedding since there was no fitted sheet I had to wait over 4 hours for housekeeping to clock in . There was no heat in unit in 37 degree weather .

The pictures online is false advertisement. The TV doesn’t work. There’s holes in the sheets and blanket. The heater did not work. The front desk continuously kept saying someone will come to the room and never did.
