At first coming to hotel, the front entrance is cramped and dirty with not seating. There was a nice door man name Billy that was the only good thing about the hotel. The front desk ended up with confirmation for only one of my hotel days and paid for 2 days. They said to take it up with Expedia.
Then we get to the room, there are no trash bags in any of the garbage cans. The refrigerator is basically hidden in closet so we didn’t find it until next day.
Then we all woke up in the morning to bed big bits all over our hands and ankles. We took picture of some of the blood filled baby bedbugs and took them down to front desk.
The manager said she could wake my incidental fee of $200 which I was told would be returned in full to me anyway at check-in. She said well we actually charger $25 and return the rest of the $200, which is not what the one checked me in said. They couldn’t get me a too for the next day which we didn’t want anyway after this experience. It was really dingy with dirty curtains in the foyer and breakfast had not food with a toaster that would brown any bread or bagels. Over all it was terrible experience, what asked to speak to a manager the girl at
The front just kept saying she was the only one to speak, so nothing was resolved.
